Pizza Hut

This Pizza hut location is my go to , it's close near my apartment also. I tend to always place an online order, very quick, convenient and simple. I always tend to get carryout. I get pan pizza, which is yummy, the sauce amount is good. The toppings are yummy , fresh and I usually get half cheese and sausage plus pepperoni. The cheese bread stick are/we're good. The pizza is also good next day, just warm in oven

I'm more than one occasion this place is charged my credit card and not even brought my food even when ordered for you prior to them closing. They seem to close early as quite regularly and when you order online and it's within 30 minutes before they close you won't receive a phone call you don't receive your food and you will receive a refund unless you give them a call and tell him that you didn't get your food the next day. In the meantime your order says processing and it never changes. They should not have the hours of operation on the website if you're not going to adhere to them at least most of the time. I've had this happen to me twice or they just never showed up never called never did anything

Just looked on Pizza Hut website to find out if they delivered the Lakeside. the website says yes so I called. the first gentleman put me on hold said he check and be back. five minutes later a woman answered the phone and said can I take your order I said no I was just checking to see if you delivered to Lakeside, she said no no more delivering the Lakeside in a rude manner I said the website says you do deliver to Lakeside finally got frustrated and said thank you and hung up I guess I'll order from Domino's good job Pizza Hut no stars

I called this place tonight to order some pizza. When they asked me for my name I said Pete, then the lady said, "Me?" and I said no, Peter. So right then I knew it would be a challenge. When I asked for specials or deals they were offering she still didn't understand me. So communication was the first issue. I ordered a large 3 topping with stuffed crust. I asked for extra sauce, pepperonis and cheese. As you could see from the photo, there was hardly any extra sauce on the pizzas. I also asked for square cut by that never happened as well. Instead I extra cut it myself as you could see in the photos. The crust was also really, really thin. Now normally I go to Little Ceasars but this time I went to Pizza Hut for the stuffed crust. Needless to say Pizza Hut failed to deliver and I regret not going to Little Ceasers instead. For a lower price I could've had a better pizza. I'll really think twice before going here again or recommending the place to family or friends. I'll give them this though, I went to carry out and when I arrived my pizza was ready. At least service was fast so 2 Stars instead of one. They missed 3 ok stars cause they didn't square cut or put extra sauce.
