Carl's Jr.

I came in to use some coupons I got in the mail. First impression was a greasy smell and a floor that needed cleaning. I ordered a bacon avocado thickburger which was okay except for the long black hair I pulled out of it. Only four of the twelve drink dispensers were working, so I really didn't get the drink I wanted. While I was in there, a few of the homeless people who live in the back parking lot came in with their own containers and helped themselves to free drinks; a definite health code violation. One guy did it while one of the crew stood by wiping down the drink machine, she didn't say or do anything about it. The French fries were okay but not great. But the fried zucchini was surprisingly good. I was afraid to use the restroom because I'm certain the crowd out back are regulars in there, which is part of the reason they stay. I tried to order off of the "historical menu" (see pictures) but they wouldn't let me. I don't think I'll be visiting here again.

I went up to the window and the person collecting my money was very unprofessional. She was unhygienic and not in proper uniform. She spoke very fast and the first thing she said to me was the price of the breakfast burger I ordered rather than saying hello. Her attitude was unnecessary, and when I asked to speak to her manager she said she was the person in charge. I am surprised such a worker is in charge and expected better. I feel I will not return to this Carl’s Jr. again.

Not my favorite Carl's Jr and they were very slow with my order however that being said the food was exactly the way I had ordered it and was super delicious. I'm very picky about the way I like my food I always order a cheeseburger double everything no pickle and they seem to understand what double everything means. Plus I really love fried zucchini and I always order that well done because I hate it when I bite into a zucchini and the middle of it is cold and the breading is still raw. this Carl's Jr. Made it to perfection. Thank you Carl's Jr. Of elcajon!

I always enjoy the charbroiled burgers and the variety and new options with out having to go through all the work of a making them at home, and there burgers are always perfect. Carl's Jr. staff at this location always provides excellent service and great tasting burgers. Thanks to all of the staff.

Service was friendly and efficient. I used the drive thru, they asked me to pull to the front of the restaurant as one of my items would take 2 1/2 minutes to cook; I appreciate this as it means the menu item will be freshly prepared and not something they had sitting under a heat lamp. Unfortunately they don't offer any drink specials like Burger King or McDonald's... And their prices are a bit higher, nor do they offer frequent mailer coupons like I get from Burger King but overall my visit was good

Me and my wife came in this morning through the drive through and order two guacamole combos. One lettuce wrapped and one regular. When i got home and took a bite of my burger i was very disappointed at how hard the bread was. Its was like this bread was left out all night or something..this was supposed to be my breakfast and i honestly had no desire to eat this.. it just ruined my whole meal so i only ate the fries.. i tried to call back the store multiple times to let them know they need to throw away that bread but the phone sounds disconnected wich just upset me more. I like Carls jr for there freshness but am not sure ill ever be back

Definitely need to remind myself to skip this particular Carl's Jr. When it's crowded. The service is good but my food was cold. As some one who has worked fast food in the past I could tell when the rush came they cooked a bunch of burgers and let them sit under the heater that defiantly needs maintenance just to push the orders out faster, also the condiments aren't kept up to the pace of the traffic. But if it's slow then yes everything is great.
