Burger King

WORST BURGER KING!!!! If I could give this Burger King negative stars, I would!! The crew was NOT trained properly. I waited over 20 minutes up front for my meals and they were cold when I received them. The crew was more concerned with their friends that showed up and wanted free food than a paying customer. DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING! Waste of time and money.

I give 4 stars because of this places incredible customer service! They are always friendly, but go above and beyond compared to most places. The drive through clerk Amber was personable, polite and friendly. The food was good, but there was a couple mistakes that they had no problem fixing and even made an effort to find out who had filled the order, which shows accountability amongst the staff. The little things that you would expect from an establishment, but now days, unfortinately, are rare to find. Once corrected my food was fresh and very good!

Went last night for Whopper& chicken sandwich. Was told car before me got last burgers they were all out.. It was 9:45ish, so ordered 2 chicken sandwiches instead. The cashier/window hostess was apologetic, grill had been turned off too early& takes a long time to heat to temp again. I got my chicken sandwiches both patties were so hard. Couldn't eat them..i know it's only Burger King but wow..

Give me diarrhea once shame on you BK, give me diarrhea twice shame on me. Needless to say I will not be returning to this BK...it’s a shame really this location is down the street from my job and I usually enjoy Burger King. Aside from the violent diarrhea their food gave me the service is sub par and the place looks run down. Also the lady who I am assuming is a manager there is extremely rude not only to customers but to her employees, both times I went to dine in she was speaking to people with such a nasty and degrading tone.

Although the drive-thru employees are always pleasant, their double cheeseburger buns are always stale, dried out and crumbly. Today the pickles had rubbery skins like I'd never experienced before so I'm thinking also probably too old and while I don't think I'll get sick, it doesn't mean that it should continue. I'm sure the manager thinks saving money by not throwing out items like this is a good way to save money, but if you need to save money because sales are down, look to your quality. I'm sure many, many others feel as I do about stale, gross food and while they won't take time to write a review like I've done, I'm sure they (like me) will stop wasting good money here and you'll continue to lose more business and more profit. Management here needs to wake up.

Only giving it 2 stars. RUDE WORKERS, slow service and again, RUDE WORKERS. There has only been 1 lady that was decent in attitude. The drive through lady with all the moles & messes up teeth is RUDE, why work in customer service if you don't present yourself in a professional manner? Food was warm but not Hot like it should be. The African American ladies inside worker the front are have a constant attitude!!
