Amazing. I come here often and the salads are always fresh, with warm breadsticks. The staff is very friendly, and they go above expectations, especially when you're courteous to them. I always try to leave a tip, and it's never a long wait. They even have a big room if you want to reserve a party. Very organized, everything runs smoothly, and the staff is trained very well. I definitely recommended it to my friends and family, and recommend you to try it too.

I like that Restuarant, but today was different experience. There was a guy he made three mistakes in one order, my order was ready, I was waiting for 25 minutes and he gave it to me after I asked him how long. That guy name is CJ, he was not normal, he keeps saying sorry for every customer. He made a lot of mistakes to other customers while I was waiting watching him. After all of that he gave me my order looks like that on the picture. And three pieces of breadstick.

Gross. Honestly I loved Pat and Oscars as a kid, and if you want to grab a bread stick (or 6) and enjoy a piece of what used to be pretty great, go for it. But now it's fast food quality in a dirty run down looking mall restaurant. You're paying extra to not have a waiter, retrieve your own drinks, cutlery and condiments and I'm assuming for the awful atmosphere. Delivery is better quality at the point, and cheaper or better yet go to a real Italian restaurant. You'll be glad you did.

The food tastes exactly like it did more than 16 years ago, unbelievable chicken and ribs, every now and then we go to relive the memories from when it used to be the hustle and bustle place. Thank you for really the best bread sticks and the rest.

I eat at this location fairly often, and I must say the service has always been excellent as well as food quality. Today really solidified my feelings towards this restaurant. Id like to give a huge thank you to the district manager (my apologies if name is incorrect) Carolynn for the excellent service and a wonderful attitude, as well as the other staff members who assisted us. I look forward to coming back soon.

03/10/2018 we had a large party here for dinner, a shout out to the manager who made accommodations for us and was willing to throw some tables together after the patio became hijacked by another party. The manager and her staff deserve a round of applause for being so awesome. Thanks for the great service.

Food isn't bad. But this specific location has awful service. Twice in a row now Ive gone there and ended up waiting for 15 minutes to place an order. There was a server wiping table front counter personal refilling sauces to go and a cook in the kitchen. All 3 saw us and a family that was in front of us in the line and none of them came to take our order or even made an attempt to get someone to do it. It's just this location! And food ain't bad at all

Ordered single meal, ribs and chicken with 1 side. Took about 12 mins to be served tje meal. Food was tastey but not as hot temperature wise, like I like it. Plenty of food..enough for 2 servings. It used to be better quality when it was Pat and Oscar's.
