Am just hearing of parador now, it’s a shame they will be closing. Made a reservation to try Parador out, was happily greeted and seated.
Nice Selection of tapas dishes, all of the plates tried were good! The dates were a bit too sweet for my liking, but that is minor.
Tried a sangria and glass of wine. Sangria was so/so but again, that’s more personal preference.

We had yet another wonderful dining experience last Saturday at Parador !
The food was absolutely delicious…and the experience was very memorable because of our great server Graham 😁
He was very friendly and knowledgeable of all the dishes… We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and he made sure we had fabulous evening 🥂
We will definitely miss Parador after this season!!

This was our first time here. The food and service was exceptional. The dishes are served in small portions which are perfect for sharing. Ordering several dishes give you an opportunity to enjoy a culinary delight. The staff was friendly, attentive and extremely polite.

Excellent wine and food! Fav are the sliders and cauliflower that we tried. Loved the Spanish olive oil and herb mix they used with every dish as well. In a cool old house too. Friendly staff and great service!

A must visit!! Outstanding service from Matt, incredible menu, large tapas for a small plate restaurant. Lots of options on the menu. The food here is cooked to perfection. The chef here is a rockstar! The service is incredible. This place is closing after the season so best get a reservation now.

Well, let's be honest, who would have believed that one of the best Spanish restaurant in the Midwest is actually in Door County, Egg Harbor? This place gives you the perfect Spanish culinary experience. The atmosphere is local but the food is great. Note that the menu changes frequently so what you see online may not bu up-to-date. The croquet was excellent so it was the cauliflower. The Chicken sandwiches were gorgeous and the churros at the end heavenly. Great service too.
