Dunkin'

I think it was very hard for the young lady to hear me when I was giving my order in the drive through. She had to clarify it with me several times. She was nice but it was annoying. I teach so I know I speak clearly. Also, once I ordered I pulled up to the first window and waited 5 minutes and saw NO OONE. So I pulled up to the first window. No ONE there either. Then looking behind me I saw a person at the first window getting his order. So I pulled around and had to get in line again and had 3 cars ahead of me then. I finally got to the window and I told them that I wasn’t trying to take off after I made the order, it was I apparently didn’t wait long enough so I pulled up too soon and at the wrong window so I had to get out of line and get in line again. The 2 young ladies explained they had to make my order up. I understand that. So maybe there should be an extra person to collect money or just better directions so people don’t have to get in and out of line. That’s all.

Great staff only issue I've ever had is expresso machine either needs to be cleaned or it isn't working but other than that everything is fantastic. The staff is super nice and efficient. Love this one over others and I work near by. So when I have to be a work in 10 mins I know I cam always stop here and still be on time. Unless the espresso machine is needing to be clean.

My favorite place to get my donuts and coffee. I don't have any complaints regarding them at all. I did let one of my rewards expire but only because I was sick with the coronavirus, so I didn't have a chance to use it. Overall Good coffee, great, donuts, and they have have breakfast sandwiches. I world definitely recommend

So this place just opened and I wasn't happy with my experience. Went through the drive through to order some donut holes and two egg and bacon sandwichs. Order was wrong. They grabbed a box of pre-mixed holes instead of what I ordered. I also wanted to order a half dozen donuts but there was no menu of what was available so I had to go inside after drive through. Not a great experience. For being brand new they failed to set a proper customer expectation. I would have to recommend Wawa next time I want donuts for the kids.
