Rude as hell. My bf asked to use his rewards because He had a code on his app and they said He didn't have any and He had used it, but didn't tell US that. They were yelling it and We heard it in the drive thru. The Manager opened the window and asked "WHAT SAUCE." <---- (I meant to not use an exclamation mark)...I'm in the restaurant industry. I don't care if it takes time to make. We understand. Treating customers that was is rude. We left and just went to Keller.

Pretty slow service inside, food was good and fresh, and I think my order was right but it took so long to get it that I'd forgotten.

Fries were a little on the not hot side, and I don't like having to use the kiosk to order. On the other hand, service was pretty quick and my customization was correct.

Terrible attitudes from the staff, and I had to have them remake my shamrock shake, which is the only thing I went in for, because even that which is made completely by a machine was wrong. I don't like McDonald's anyway but this one was particularly garbage

Service here has recently become terrible. I went inside and ordered two cheeseburgers and a drink. 45 minutes later they finally served someones food after me. I had to ask them for my food still. This was two weeks ago. Now today we waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes with only two cars in front of us. Service at this location has dramatically declined as of late.
