Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have only eater here once, so perhaps I drove through on a bad day. Their registers were down, so we had to order online. I went inside at my estimated pick up time as was told the Pico wasn't done. They gave me a cup for a drink as compensation, which was thoughtful, and a few minutes later I had my food. When I opened the food I was shocked to see that they did not add the Pico at all. They used some canned Pico sauce, not the fresh diced tomatoes that every other chipotle I have ever been to uses. Other than that, the flavor was off. The guacamole was fresh, but not properly seasoned. The brown rice was cooked, but dry. The romaine was not cut normally either. I'm not sure what's going on with this spot.

Food was good, place was a bit dirty. No one was cleaning tables at all and the cook area was more of a mess than normal for a Chipotle. The men's room had no paper towels, the faucet was just stuck in the hole for the sink and the floor was pretty dirty. Last small thing, only 1 bottle of hot sauce in the whole dinning room.

This Chipotle has consistent issues with being open or restricting in restaraunt ordering. Tried to get some today and it was online ordering only. Looked inside and saw multiple people waiting for food. My SO and I used to come here often. Whatever is causing all their issues with operation is convincing us to never come back. Pulling in and getting our kid out just to see we cant order without the app means we go eat somewhere else.

This specific store has a great team, but when you have only online orders and when someone comes to pick them up and all the doors is locked, is not good. I can't even get the food that was paid for online because of it and it should never happen. Locked door should only mean one thing, restricted or closed. And today they were closed because no one could enter.

The employees are not customer friendly. There were arguing amongst each other and not listening to food orders. On top of that they just throw your food around and we couldn't even eat our burritos because it was just squeezed together in the foil, I had to ask for bowls in order the be able to eat my food.

I love Chipotle, but this site is having some serious issues. When I was there, the staff were yelling and cursing and each other. The line was to the door, and eventually an employee locked us all IN the restaurant so nobody new could come in. He did so while loudly proclaiming "I'm closing this bi+(H down." I left because I was genuinely concerned workplace violence was about to break out. This location has had staff shortages and long waits/early closures often over the last year, but this experience was like nothing else I'd ever seen...
