I came in here for a quick lunch on a business trip. The service was fabulous and the food was great. I got the lunch special with the side salad and tacos. Food came out really quickly and was delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a vetted experience.

I WILL NEVER RETURN
After having a dish sent back, due to it being cold, we hear " they are just trying to get a free meal." No ma'am, we simply wanted to have a nice dinner where our meal was served hot, a reasonable expectation while dining.
The manager did come to speak to us, however, did not bother to offer an apology for his employees' unfair assumption.
We paid our bill in full, leaving our barely touched plates, as I am not a fan of being insulted, especially when paying for a service.
I've worked restaurants. The dining room CAN HEAR what employees say. I'd be more mindful of this fact, however, I'm assuming by the managers reaction, this isn't a concern for this business.

I went to the Friday's which is located close to this location just weeks prior. I am so glad I chose this place this time. Absolutely awesome service. My medium steak was well done other wise I would've given a 5 star rating. I would note even at well done I did not send it back. It was still a pallette pleasing steak.

I'm not the best Chili's patron, but this was the most amazing Chili's restaurant that I've visited in a while. The staff was great and although short staffed they pitched in to help each other out. Also, the food was piping hot, pleasant to the eye, and wonderful on the taste buds. I will recommend this Chili's 🌶️ anytime!

Got take out for dinner on 6-18-2022.
Called the same night and told them the food absolutely sucked. They said they'd process a refund.
Its now 7-7-2022 and the refund is finally pending in my bank
All they kept doing was lying on when my refund was gonna go in my bank.
Im sure if we didn't keep calling them, that i wouldn't of gotten a refund.

BEWARE, AVOID!!
I walked in on Friday night at 6:45. Over 10 empty tables, 3 servers at welcome area, standing around on phones. I was told 20 min wait. !? What!? When I pointed out there was OVER 10 empty tables, I was told "last weekend it was 2 hours". I called the manager"Rodney", who was unapologetic and very rude. Asked me "did I want a table reservation or not ?" Friday's and Golden Coral too close along with many more choices to put up with that. Will not return!!!!

Horrible service, but great food. Be prepared to be ignored and wait on people who are just standing around talking. Waited so long for service me and my kids went to wait in the car for my husband. Never return there again!

We have not been to a Chili's in years (too many other choices to dine where we live). The Chili's in Effingham was near our hotel during a recent trip. The food was very good and the staff was extremely courteous.
