Listen, I used to work at Starbucks in college. I get how crazy it is and I am THE MOST understanding person when it comes to the food service industry that I’ve worked in for over 6 years but this was the WORST experience I’ve had in a coffee shop. I placed a mobile order @ 11:50, did not get my order until 12:30. On top of that, my drink is STRAIGHT almond milk. No joke I don’t think there is a single syrup in it. There is a sliver of espresso. It is barely drinkable to be quite frank. M We are on the road, so I cannot go back and ask for a new drink and we already waited the 40 minutes. Never again! I understand being busy but PLEASE follow through w quality drink making.

My drink was made exactly how I ordered it and in a quick manner. There was 3 of us. They had a little stand with paint pens and rocks. You could paint a rock to go along the drive thru, I barely started painting my design and all 3 drinks were done

Came in for a Illinois cup, as part of.my road trip. As usual, the best brownies ever!!

Friendly staff and very efficient service. I came here during morning rush (8 am) and there were quite a few cars in the drive-thru, however the service was quick and I was out of there with my drink in no time.

They was training that lady was fine till the other lady jumped on and was rude as heck and even rudder at the window I will not be back to this location 😤 don't even no what she charged me for $16.00 for 2 drinks that I don't no what she made its not what I ordered I ask for no water in are drinks watched her pour the pitcher of water into are drink while she looked at us and half of what I tried to order she said they didn't have a mango dragon fruit refresher wow my children see a special dentist here we drive a hour an half but it's OK we will go to a different restaurant we will not return to the Effingham illinois Starbucks

Absolutely amazing! We stopped here the day after Christmas and they were absolutely packed with a drive thru like out to the road. We ordered ahead and had to (reasonably) wait a few minutes for our order to be prepared. Despite the overwhelming rush, they were staying on top of orders, putting them out quickly and accurately, maintaining a friendly attitude, working very well as a team, all while training a new team member. This Starbucks should be the golden standard for customer service under pressure!

These ladies were efficient and very nice. They made my order to perfection and even gave my lily a pup cup! I totally enjoyed my experience in their drive-thru today! I would totally recommend!
