Takeout order was ready in 15 minutes. Pan fried dumplings were super, with an excellent sauce. House special soup had plenty of chicken and shrimp, but too many peas for me. I'll be back again next time through Effingham

Well for one thing the owners of the China Buffet own this place as well and they are rude owners so I will not be eating there ever. Would rather travel out town for better Chinese food and ALOT better service !!!!!!

As the pandemic progressed we looked for more local places that we wanted to support and on a whim we tried China Express. We love the orange chicken and dumplings and we really appreciate their emphasis on safety at their takeout window. We’ve been many times now and very much enjoy their food.

Best Chinese food around! Always hot and fresh, made to order. Nancy and Wen are the friendliest restaurant owners I've known, and they are in there all day, everyday, working hard, taking orders and cooking tasty food! Can't say that about most food businesses. Great value, lots of food for what you pay, and so delicious.

Friendly, fast delivery and some of the best Chinese food in Effingham! Perfect for a night in! Also, the delivery guy was really kind and helped me push my car out or the snow the other day and it meant a lot to me that he stopped and helped!
