Gore Range Brewery

On our long drive from CO. to CA. we stopped in Edwards CO. for lunch. My wife looked up a place to eat and we were headed to a different restaurant when we saw Gore Range Brewery. Breweries usually have pretty good food so we stopped in for lunch. We did not try their beers as I had a long drive ahead of me still and my wife was not feeling 100% (winding roads). The restaurant inside was quite nice and they have a patio that was surprisingly nice, considering they are in a shopping center. We chose to sit outside. Our waitress seemed to be the only one in the restaurant. She did an amazing job giving us good service and making sure we had everything we wanted or needed. She was not as personable as I like but our service was excellent. Our sun ordered chicken nuggets or tenders or whatever they call them, my wife and I both ordered the Caesar salad with salmon. The food was good but not great. Our son's chicken strips were a little too crispy, even for me and I like them crispy, my son was not happy with them. The caesar salad was good but the salmon was a little flavorless.

We had an absolutely excellent experience here. We did two flights to try each of their beers. We enjoyed them all and settled on our two favorite pints to go with dinner. The menu was impressive! I wish I had been hungrier. Everything coming out of the kitchen looked fantastic. I got one of the specials. Kielbasa with gratin potatoes and am arugula and apple salad. It was great. My husband loved the BBQ chicken pizza! We also had great attentive service. We will be back!

Came here for a beer and some appetizers. The appetizers were not good. My pretzel was completely burnt and the cheese for my pretzel had a hard burnt film over it as if it was sitting underneath a heat lamp all morning. Beer was warm. Looks like they prep all kinds of sauces and keep them underneath plastic wrap all day.

My wife and I had a great experience here last night! The chicken sandwich, pretzel, and pizza were all excellent. We sat on the patio and our server was quick, polite, and available. Though you could tell she was running her a55 off! We live up here in the valley and were commenting that we needed to come here more often! A side note for those people that are quick to give a negative review because service was poor or slow: Vail valley is a small town with a lot of tourists. Businesses here like tourists. Bring your wallet and spend like you’re on vacation! However, please keep in mind that most restaurants and businesses up here are having a very hard time keeping a full staff. The cost of living in the Vally, though never cheap, has now become a struggle for most middle class people. The major hike in the real estate prices and the fact that many condos and houses are being used for VRBO and other short term rental options is driving this as well. .02

Atmosphere and service are bar none. Beer was delicious And refreshing. Came with a Group of seven and everyone found something on the menu to their liking - even the little ones. Reasonably priced. Great deck. I had the corn beef Reuben. There are some really great specials in Addition to the menu.
