I am a frequent diner at Vista and very often recommend the restaurant to visitors to the Vail valley.
Within the last two weeks, I have gone to Vista for dinner, only to be told, when I arrived, that the restaurant was closed, once due to a wedding, and tonight, due to a wine event.
Vista has a sign on Route 6 at the entrance to Arrowhead, where Vista is located. Is it too much trouble for management to notify prospective guests that Vista is closed for the evening ?
As a loyal customer and patron, I believe my loyalty is ill-rewarded.

Service was a bit slow but overall it was a warm experience with a beautiful view. The food was mostly tasty but the lobster was underwhelming.

This place is tip top. Love the 🦐 and 🦀 claw cocktail to start w filet or tuna. Enjoy the deck as it's over looks a world class golf course.

We had a lovely meal. Make sure you order by 6:15 to get 25% off entrees. Our negative was the loudness of the piano. We had a family member hard of hearing and it was hard for him to hear and they couldn't address. Kids trout had too much salt/pepper.

Highly recommend Vista at Arrowhead. Exceptional service and food. Atmosphere and ambiance are great. Lunch/dinner on the beautiful flower lined patio in the summer OR dinner by the fireplace in the winter- you can't go wrong! Perfect for families or a date night. Vista provides a wonderful dinning experience.

Vista is maybe the best restaurant, west of Vail, in the Valley. They have a great domestic & international wine list at a very reasonable prices. The Rack of Lamb is the best I had in the Valley and the Tuna is my other favorite. Service can't be better and the price is really fair considering this is a high end restaurant. Decoration and ambience are also great. Overall Vista is a great dinning experience.
