Royal Bakery

I love this Bakery. I've been going here for over 6 years. Yes, the wife can be a little cold, but I honestly think that's just her personality. I'm sure they're aware its not customer friendly since the husband is who usually who deals with the customers. They're NOT racist, I'm Mexican and I've had my whole family in there carrying conversations in Spanish, ordering in loud volumes, and we still got smiles through out the whole visit. The husband is really kind and patient! I think the prices are fine, I love their baked goods. The bean donuts are delicious! Love the coconut bread, and the mocha cake.

They have good bakery options. The woman behind the counter has NO customer service skills. She discriminates every person that walks through the door. After walking in and purchasing five pastry items. I lost my appetite the moment I saw how rude she was to the Mexican customers behind me. A customer is not just money in the cash register. We're human beings with feelings and everyone deserves to be treated with respect.
