Ordered online. When I got there they said they didn't have my order. I showed them receipt so they made it. All but one item was incorrect. I got soft serve in a cup instead of a pineapple express milkshake. My sandwich was missing 2 main ingredients and my "large" fry was only half full and look suspiciously small.

I show up and they are closed like 5 hours before the actual closing time, they constantly mess up my order. Definitely avoid this place and choose a different jack in the box
Update. Well I appreciate your concern but this is definitely the normal. I normally just avoid this jack in the box all together. But against my better judgment gave them another chance and once again closed with another cone in the drive thru.

Terrible customer service.....Then when you ask for a manager they say there isn't a manager. Literally what fast food restaurant doesn't have a manager???? And the employees are always rude we ask for a couple of minutes to view the menu and they tell us to pull through to the window or leave they drive through. No customer service at all never again goodbye jack in the box never again this is the 4th Jack in the box that the employees are rude.

I love the Southwest Chicken Salad - usually. Don't know what "they" did, but it was limp, watery, and presented very poorly. I ask for my chicken to be grilled and it was not. Just disappointed.

Trash. Terrible customer service. The ladies who work here on Friday afternoons have terrible attitude. They don’t ensure orders are correct. Save your money and go anywhere else

Food is great but fries are the same size med and large dosent matter what size you order you get the same just different cardboard...that sucks!!

Chicken sandwiches are good not the best. The french fries stood out as they were served hot! A big plus since other fast food places (name less) have served fries luke warm or worse cold.
