Overall a decent ramen place. Chicken karaage was really good. Spicy miso tonkotsu ramen’s broth was really rich and salty - feels like almost rich enough for tsukemen. It was good, but just too heavy.
Happy hour special from 3pm-5pm daily. A good option for lunch or dinner when shopping at Ranch 99.

I've been dying for decent ramen since moving to the Northwest from Hawaii. Finally, Arashi opens a restaurant closer to home in Lynnwood! And it's way better than decent. It's probably better than Hawaii ramen. Love the combo, which affords me any ramen bowl and salad w/choice of side (karaage, Japanese fried chicken, gyoza). Love LOVE the wide variety of ramen not found anywhere, including Tan Tan (creamy sesame flavored), Black Garlic, Miso & Shio (salt). Some ramen come w/thin noodles (Black Garlic), some, like my Spicy Tan Tan, come w/the preferred, classic thick noodles. Service is friendly, fast, efficient & accommodating. Our server patiently answered all our questions about ramen types & toppings (they come on the ramen, not on the side).

The arashi noodle soup was good. It came with thin noodles. The miso noodle soup has a strong rice wine taste. Miso came with thick noodle. The noodles were a bit hard, it feels like it was a bit undercooked.
The only noodle soup that came with more than one piece of meat was the Arashi noodle soup which came with 2 extra piece of meat. If you just want to get more meat, I recommend to just order a side of meat instead or order Arashi noodle.
The portion of the noodle was decent. The environment was clean. The service were ok. The tips box starts at 18% unless you want to custom it.
If I’m in the area, maybe I’ll give it an another try but probably won’t make the drive to eat there again.

It was my wife and I first time ever going to this place. The ramen was outstanding with very flavorful broth and I loved being able to add different toppings. Like corn and onions. We also had Chicken Karrage as an appetizer and was very satisfied with the taste.

Wait took about ten minutes, the wait staff were hustling and making it happen. Our soup was light n tasty and our daughters curry rice was a hit. I got the spicy house paste, not too spicy...next time I'll ignore the warnings and go extra hot...yes indeed we will go back!!

This is our 2nd time coming here and oh my goodness is it amazing. The Arashi Ramen bowl is so filling and delicious and the Honey Chicken Karaage was great as well. Store was clean and the decor was nice :) will DEFINITELY be back for more since it is right down the road

This is our first time to eat in this location. We were able to get in without waiting for Sunday lunch. Service is fast and we got our food pretty soon. Both ramen we ordered were amazing. The Arashi ramen is bigger portion and the black garlic ramen is so good. Arashi ramen is our new favorite ramen place in town!
