Arby's

They always take forever, seem like they never care and we've been overcharged 3 times now all separate occasions. They forgot my meal and only gave me the sandwich. Well they charged me a whole other meal to just get the drink and fries they forgot. Never had a good experience at this one let alone food that's ever warm 🙄

Will not go to this location again. Two weeks ago I stopped for a side of poppers and got.... mozzarella sticks instead. Today stopped by with coupon for 2 classic RB sandwiches and a curly fry... I get to work and discover...I only got ONE sandwich. Sorry not Sorry Edmonds location, Those are mistakes that cost you customers.... plenty other locations where staff pays attention to what they are doing, and can count.

Came in today and right from the start Yasmin was just so pleasant very polite and courteous. As we payed she just continued to be delightful and made sure to make me children feel special. By far the best interaction I've had at any drive thru ever. Yasmin thank you again I hope your bosses know how lucky they are to have you.

Went to the drive thru to get a crispy chicken sandwich meal using a coupon I had. When I placed my order I did not mention the coupon until I arrived at the window to give the coupon. The woman (Crystal) who took my coupon was immediately rude and told me "you can't do that. you have to tell us about the coupon when you order." I then told her when I went to Arby's before I did the same thing without a problem (w/ a different person). Then she rolled her eyes and said "now I gotta speak to my manager". Then she got her manager to fix the mistake. The manager was able to fix the mistake easily. Meanwhile Crystal was complaining and threw the coupon into the trash. She then gave me the order with a rude tone and when I said thanks, she did not reciprocate. I do understand that I should have mentioned the coupon when I ordered but this is no excuse to treat a customer poorly! Crystal should be fired asap.

They have drive thru service for a reason. Multiple reasons actually. First reason is if the food is bad then you can't complain unless its via a review, but they still get your money. Second reason is they don't have to clean up after people so in the bathrooms the toilet can stay clogged. Walking through the neighborhood my son and I ended up needing to use the bathroom so since the front door was unlocked we used the bathroom here. Only to find that they weren't supposed to be so the staff kept knocking on the door and telling us to leave. There is always a sign saying now hiring $15 and hour. I asked why the doors were supposed to be locked and they said they don't have enough staff. There were five people plus two by the bathroom so that sounds like total bs. Fast food is bad for you anyway so avoid this place if you can.

Bad customer service. Super slow. My bag of sandwiches had been sitting by drive up window, making me think that they were still preparing my sandwiches. The cashier was "acting busy". After a long time of wait, she finally grabbed the bag of sandwiches and handed it to me. There was no reason at all for the long wait, and my sandwiches were no longer warm.

Every time I have tried to come eat here they have the front doors locked and ignore people at the door. Seems like a bunch of kids that work here who do not want to do their job. The line is always backed up if anybody comes through here. There is 0 signs on if they are open or closed or if the lobby is closed or not. Last time I tried to come the kids were in laughing joking and playing around instead of tending to the long line of cars. We will be going out of our way to find another Arbys.

I ordered through uber eats at 7pm the store waited and delayed my order until 8 then cancelled my order as im standing at my door waiting for an hour. Your establishment is absolutely terrible. Terrible customer service and terrible service period!!!! This was a gift to my family because my health is very bad right now. We were all looking forward to a meal from Arby's. Plain and simple you all suck!!!!!!
