Just realized too many people already complained here. For myself I got order machine wasn’t printed the receipt but the money was deducted . Then my order was just disappeared. I think they gave it to someone else. Staff was too busy so no one pay attention on my let me waited for 15-20 mins. I asked to cancel my order but not possible. At the end the staffs gave me someone’s order which is cheaper than mine and left there quite a long while. I took it as no better choice. I got a very dry and cold french fries & burger. It’s a terrible experience. Expensive and low food & system & staff quality ever

Ignorant and absoulotly a**hole stuff . After a night of work I was there asking for take away from the guy on the pictures, when the order is ready I am asking him for ketchup , he is telling me to go and get it from the counter over there!!! Uncovers ketchup for take way order??? It's shame to see this people getting jobs and think everyone is drunk and treat them so poor

One of the worst McD joints I've been to.. Not only is service slow and has been on the decline the last yrs. Today was my last stop there ever.. Tried to order at register as, well I needed to pee. There its said... But that would not do. Had to use daft and ineffective machine. Once order done, I lent the WC but the stink of the one and only functioning toilet had the stench of what appeared to be several day old urine... I've worked night clubs.. Seen worse than wee (trust me) Not only that, but wet spots on floor.. Last cleaning at 9am, I was there between 7-8pm. I was post vomiting when order was on counter. I have not eaten that burger, nor will I. Fortunately there was one kind and customer service friendly lady in the counter whom upon seeing my face and near vomiting, again, who said, upon commenting near convulsion again, so sorry and thx for letting us know. Thx for apologies but never more after having informed verbally on above.. Contagion?
