Sonic Drive-in

First time I got a #1 and the burger was literally crunchy. It had to of been hours old. Last time I got a chicken dinner. I only asked for honey mustard, didn't get it. Also didn't get gravy or an onion ring. I even tipped the car hop. What a waste of time & money. Don't bother with this store, they weren't even busy 🙄

Service was terrible in the drive-thru. Our food was cold and the bread was soggy & soft. The sandwich ended up all over me and my car. The tater tots tasted horribly. I asked for no ice but got extra ice. Nothing was edible. I threw everything away. Such a waste of money. Overall, any Sonic I visit is terrible but this location is the worst so far.

I ordered cheese sticks and a corn dog to go. There was no marinera sauce or mayonnaise included in the bag! Who orders cheese stick without sauce. I been driving all day and just needed a little snack. I will never go to this location again! Work on your customer service. If you need to charge for the sauce, add the sauce to sales! I consider this an incomplete order without the sauce.

Sorry Im gonna base the review on previous two experiences. The first visit was 6/23/22. I only stopped for a red bull slush before work. I took a drink and immediately got brain freeze. Like the worst brain freeze ive ever had. I lean forward snd to the left slightly with my head in my hands. Next thing ik im coming to with my head back against the head rest and my foot on the brake with my car in reverse. its 7 mins later. Apparently brain freeze can make you pass out. I just cant believe no one saw me. Sure it was busy but i had already ordered wonder why no one thought to look over to see why i was still there. Im lucky my foot didn’t slip. I don’t blame anyone.What really irritates me is i pull in at 9:55pm last night thinking phew i made it. I push the button no response so i wait. Push i again and nothing. I can see the people looking but they never answer an kill the lights with me sitting at 9:57pm

This Sonic is almost the worst one ever. While in Oklahoma City, the home to Sonic Drive Ins, we visited 2 of these Drive Ins. The second one was down by the Capital. After waiting 5 minutes for them to answer the push of the Red Button,,,, we just left without ordering. This one on exit 122 shut down their drive thru by blocking the drive way, no sign. We pulled into an open stall and it had a sign. Service was slow and the drink was watered down some how. Their only saving grace was the Hop named SON, she helped and solved our issue like it really mattered to her. SON you are the greatest and the only reason we will return to your Drive In.
