Mcdonald's

This McDonald’s has really improved over the years that I’ve lived up here. Great customer service (especially inside), clean, with a nice modern aesthetic and plenty of use for the (great) McD app. There’s no play place, but my 5 year old still loves to eat inside when we can. Make sure you check your orders, but they’ll fix it quick if it’s wrong.

Awesome! Extremely clean restaurant. They used gloves and face masks serving food and customers. Very clean restrooms. 🚻 🚺 Staff very willing to help a customer. This is one of the better McDonald's around me. Today I placed a mobile order and then picked curbside for my food. I needed the few minutes to just be calm before I had to finish a summer class tonight. I waited for 15 minutes before I got annoyed and went inside to see what was taking them so long. They didn't seem busy and a lot of cars were getting their food and going away. I went in to see what was going on and they said that my order had already been picked up. I said that isn't possible because I have been in my car waiting. Turns out that a car had pulled up and said my name for the order and got my food before driving off. I immediately got less annoyed at the staff and got more annoyed with the stranger that took off with my food. The staff was working to see what was going on and the manager came to me and said that they would fix it. I showed them my order and they remade my order right then and there. The manager was so nice and apologetic. I wanted to make sure they knew that it wasn't their fault. They did what they thought was correct with the information that was given. The girl even gave my name for the order. I am still confused about how that person was able to do that, but I really appreciate that the staff at that store was able to get my order and redo it and how apologetic they were about what happened. The manager was so nice and gave me a hug(which I didn't even know I really needed until that point) which was amazing. Thank you to the staff at this store. I appreciate you going above and beyond what my expectations were. You deserve more than 5 stars for this, but 5 is the most that I can give.

We moved to this area in Oct. 2021 and was pleased to have nice new clean McDs. But the service and espically the food is below standards. Placed a order at 4/23 7:25 pm- 4 burgers without onions, 2 large and 1 med fries with no salt. I finally got my order at 7:55pm. Got home the 2 of the 4 hamburgers had onions. The fries looked like they were cooked in old grease brown not golden yellow. Plus the size of fries were about 1 1/2" in length and were all small end pieces. I usually would not complain but these days when times are tough it is hard to shell out $20.00 for sub-standard food. This McDonald's has thrown customer service and quality out the door. Customers have become expendable.

Worst experience at this McDonald's. I timed my drive thru experience. It took 12 minutes to get my food from time of ordering. I spend 4 plus minutes at the pick up window without an employee even opening the window. I watched them place 4 orders in bags waiting for mine. They never even asked me to pull forward. All to find out we was waiting on 2 pies. How ridiculous. Wont go back to this location!

My wife and 1 year old son order a curbside pickup and after waiting 15 minutes when it was ready. Then drove up to the drive thru window where she was told to go back to the curbside area it is on the way out. Waited another 6 minutes before asking for a refund. This was the most unacceptable thing to put a customer with a 1 year old in the car when it's 90 degrees plus outside. We will never be back and hope others will read this and do the same.
