We were so excited for the Detroit pizza to come back after eating it several times in February. We ordered this pizza on 8/28 but we were very disappointed with the pizza we received. The box and advertisements indicate that this pizza is supposed to have 50% more cheese, but the cheese was lacking. If this was 50% more cheese, I would hate to get a regular pizza. The appeal of the Detroit style is the crispy cheese all the way to the edge, but this has virtually no cheese around the perimeter. As are the cheese breadsticks, which we have all but stopped ordering.

We ordered the new Detroit pizza and a stuffed crust pizza. The Detroit did not have the cheese it was supposed to and the stuffed crust dough was under cooked to the point we had to put it in the oven to finish cooking it!

My wife and I stopped patronizing Pizza Hut about 3 yrs ago due to extremely poor service, pizzas were more expensive than other places and the quality was extremely inconsistent. This is the first time we returned in 3 yrs and we are very pleased.

Ordered two medium pizzas, a pepperoni and a Supreme on thin crust. There was little to no sauce on either one, both over cooked and very dry. once they post started cool down it was like eating crackers with dried toppings. Not good at all, I realize quality suffers from time to time but this is the third time in a row our pizza did not meet the typical Pizza-Hut standard.

I used my reward points. Ordered pep lovers. Looked like a regular pep pizza. Ordered crust flavor, there was very little. They did get the easy sauce right. This is the second time from this same location that when I used my rewards I received an inadequate pizza. I do not spend my money at this store and get points to get a bad pizza. I think this would be a time to make the best pizza. No happy at all!

Worst pizza I ever had, I ordered thin and crispy and came thin but not crispy at all taste like dough, not enough sauce, when I went to pick up pizza, I asked for Parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers, he said dollar each, never going again,

Pizza tasted like grease, even the crust was greasy. I've never had that experience at Pizza Hut before :/

The staff at this particular location are always very kind and helpful. Every shift at every time of day behaves respectfully and they have never gotten my order wrong, not even once.
