The food was cold. We waited 25 minutes in lobby for our food at 7 pm on Saturday. They forgot 1/4 of our order. Like no sour cream or salad dressing. The salad missed the avacado. The forgot the dipping sauces. Then they overlooked our Togo order. When I asked how much longer it would be they guy said he didn't know. I told him I needed to talk with someone who does know and he ignored me but promptly bagged the meal and handed it to me. I would skip this store if you can help it. Try another Wendy's in another part of town. We was there for a hour and half waiting.

Great food with frosties, while the workers were scary. Some didn't look dressed to the occasion and didn't treat customers with the respect they deserve. Food took a while to make, about 15-20minutes. Otherwise it was really good food.

The food was good.
The employee at the window was awful. He opened the window half way, then spoke into the glass in front of his face to give the inaudible total. We received no receipt and had to check the bank for the charge amount. We ordered three meals, and were given no condiments or napkins.
Both of these issues could have been solved, so I waited after being given the orders and the employee just looked at me for about 15 seconds and didn't reopen the window. Small things like this happen and usually a short pause after the transaction will prompt a question for further assistance. There was a substantial wait already and cars had built up so we departed.
Very long wait and extremely poor service here.

Staff is super friendly, that's not usually expected at a fast food joint. Manager was very helpful and polite. We ordered double Dave's with fries and drink. Food came hot and everything was fresh. Fries were dropped when we ordered. All and all it was a pleasant experience at this Wendy's and we will definitely return. Thank you guys.

Nice meeting place. Family time was good. Food was decent. My girl's fries looked less than fresh. I was happy to have ordered a chicken salad., Southwest style. Chicken breast good. Salad dressing more spicy than expected, used sparingly.
Inside could use a refresh, carpet felt swishy and decor seemed less than ideal. I think it's why it was kinda empty. Not too busy this day. Drive through was busy.

Waited 45 minutes for the food and they had completely forgot we were there and had to then start our order if i could give 0 stars i would - edit they made up for it a little with a free frosty but still maybe 1 star

Slept on, consistent, making a push to challenge bigger brands, lacks a true knockout punch but frostys make up for other flaws

The dining room was clean and the condiment counter was fully stocked. Nothing appeared to be in disrepair or neglected. The food was great and the fries weren't too greasy or dry.
