Buffalo Wild Wings

We placed our order online and prepaid. We left to go pick it up and parked in the curbside parking and called the number on the sign. Waited on hold for 10 minutes. Thought they forgot about us on hold, and called back. They asked me to hold again. I said we've already been on hold and she said to me, we have to help the people inside first. So by the time I got out of the car to go inside, our food had been sitting in the warmer so long that our onion rings were soggy, our wedge fries were luke warm, and the chicken didn't taste like the chicken I'm used to. I gave 2 star because I realize it's take out, but I think it would have been better if the food hadn't been sitting for 20 minutes after it was done and we were there on time to get it. **Update - Store manager refunded my purchase and gave me a $25 in store credit t come back and give them another try.

Food is really good, drinks are great. Service is bad now 2 times in a row. We had a waiteress go MIA I had to get my own water. When I did insaw her and another waiteress hiding in their little drink dispenser area talking. Lots of TVs and sports. Just twice now out service was missing. Last time we were here we sat on the patio for ten minutes beforr we figured out no waiteress was ever going to come. Some other couple waited much longer and then came inside and informed us they were out there for 30 minutes. I would suggest going west on 2nd and finding a better place. We wont be back.

I know when it’s busy on Tuesdays to expect long wait times. But I’ve been trying to order for 40 minutes. Online. And it won’t go through. This is the third time in like 2 months. Tried calling for 25 minutes and it’s just ringing. You’d think they would have a better phone system and more control over their website to handle volume. But ok. Disappointing.

The bartender was our server she was great but the kitchen had a screw it attitude. We had feathers on a couple of wings and the server helped out right away. But the kitchen didn’t care. Also there was a cook that we sat by the soda machine for more than half the time we were there. I was going to give three stars but I feel the server was good and food was good besides the extra peace’s.

Buffalo Wild Wings is always a great spot for some awesome wings and a cold beer!! Their wings are always well sauced and they have a great selection of different sauces. Our favorite sauces include the honey barbecue, Asian zing, and the mild buffalo. The potato wedges with cheese are the best side dish and the mini corn dogs are stellar!! Recommend!!
