The credit card machine went down and we were in line, the transaction didn't go through for the customer ahead of us.
The manager has anger issues, he came into the lobby and tried to fix the chip reader.
When things didn't work out with the card reader, he started banging his hands on the counter loudly and was very stressed out at the whole situation.
Due to his actions 3 customers who were ahead of us left the store immediately without purchasing.
He walked back in the kitchen, loudly yelling and stressing out.
Not safe. Team leaders set examples for their team, this is not the way to lead your team and show anger Infront of customers.

The food is as fresh as ever (maybe fresher). But the building is well beyond its prime. It needs to be renovated. It seems that the kitchen, the outside, and especially the bathrooms detract from what otherwise would be an exemplary fast food restaurant. The dinginess detracts and distracts from the quality of food.

Visited this Taco Bueno on Easter Sunday. The young man who was working the drive-thru window was one of the best fast food workers I have ever met. He asked if any of us were military (negatve), a senior (yes), then you qualify for a discount on your order. Was very polite and the food was better than any Bueno I've ever visited. Kudos!

The entire experience was awful. The bathroom (womens) was gross and no paper towel. Tables and booths were all dirty. Tops not wiped clean. Floors were very dirty. The kitchen was a mess. Employees had stained/dirty uniforms. Orders were getting all mixed up. The cold salsa bar had dried food on it. The soda/tea station was not clean. This was a Thursday at approximately 1:30pm

The drive thru at every Taco Bueno I’ve been to totally suck! The wait is inexcusable. One time, my wait was 45 minutes! I’m not exaggerating. Right now I’m waiting in the drive thru. I’ve been here fifteen minutes and I’m three cars back. I can’t leave as there are cars behind me. Why can’t they do better??!! If the food wasn’t soo dang good, I would never come here. But believe me, there are plenty of times where I purposely choose other restaurants specificly because of the long drive thru times at TB. Please fix this!

I waited in drive threw all of 20 mins with only 2 vehicles in front of me & they didnt look like big orders & when i got mine finally it wasnt even hot. The beans so cold they were hard. The staff was rude & unapologetic. Its one thing to wait longer then normal & get served at the windo by kind people & get your dinner hot. Thats understandable but waiting that long & dealing with rude people , & spending $15.00 cold food is just not acceptable. I wont go back to that location

The service was a little slow and then the workers were not exactly thrilled to provide my order. Your job is to serve the customers so I would think if that's not what you want to do then you need to look into a different profession.

Most food I've gotten here is delicious as ever. Although the only complaint I have with them is every time I order a quesadilla theres never much cheese nor meat. I always end up eating alot of bread.
