The food is usually good, the understaffing of drivers is an issue. I've had my last two orders take over an hour, one was an hour and 45 min and I'm less than two miles from the store. I was stuck at work and couldn't leave. They should at least let you know they have a wait time like that, definitely NOT freaky fast.... I gave this location a second chance and unfortunately, I probably won't order from them anymore. Sad because I like their sandwiches. 🤷🏻♀️

“extremely understaffed with no drivers” but they still allowed me to place a delivery order first without telling me? & when I went to pick it up there were FOUR employees sitting doing nothing in a completely empty store? yikes. Also this company wouldn’t be so understaffed if they’d pay their employees a livable wage.

My sandwich was made per the menu, but my wife's was missing the avocado which is a big reason she chose that one. Once people get their food home, it's not at all convenient to go back to JJ's to get it fixed. Also, can someone please completely flush the soft drink tubing/hoses after your cleaning process? My Orange Crush tasted like cleaning fluid. Again, something no one wants to drive back to JJ's to get replaced. We've been trying JJ's instead of Subway and beginning to wonder why - especially when you don't toast the sandwiches like Subway does. I feel I'm being generous giving you 4 stars.

I have had back to back orders where the delivery took literally an hour and a half. One order they got one do the sandwiches completely wrong. They said they would refund it and never did. the other one they pushed through their system to make it look like they’d delivered it and when I called they told me “oh the receipt actually fell down and we didn’t see it but we’ll get it out out ASAP.
The store used to be awesome and my go to delivery food. I’ll probably never order from this location again because the staffs become increasingly rude - and the service and food has gone down hill

I LOVE JJ's!! This location is generally staffed with super efficient, friendly people, and my order is always correct. I always order the #14 Bootlegger Club (turkey and roast beef with mayo, without the usual lettuce and tomato), and enjoy their JJ's BBQ chips. I love that this location also has outdoor seating, which is really nice in the spring and autumn seasons.

I came in with 7 minutes to closing, which I try really hard not to do, but I had a hankering for a Jimmy John’s sandwich, and this was the closest location. Even with 7 minutes until closing, the gentleman behind the counter was more than happy to help me with my order. He was sure to let me know that I wasn’t inconveniencing them like I had feared, and my sandwich was ready in a matter of seconds. Fast, friendly, and kind to boot! This location is my favorite for a reason.

I have found most sandwiches offered here are quite bland. I've always had good experiences with the staff. They are very quick yet very detailed in making sandwiches. I've never visited this location at a time it was ever swamped with customers. The sandwich ingredients taste very crisp and fresh, but rather unseasoned. They do feature their own brand of chips.

Almost always very prompt. I have had one time where it took forever. Of course, the one time my wife wanted to head out, so I guess that was to be expected ;). Food is always consistent and good.
