This is the first time I've ever been disappointed with Sonic. Food were terrible. I received a burger with 2 bottom buns, completely burned onion rings, and a strawberry sprite slushy that I can't even drink because it seems like they just poured syrup into the cup. I called the store and the guy who answered was really sorry about it but this is still unacceptable.

This location is good. No complaints! But if you wanna talk about the one on 150th & Santa Fe in Edmond…whoa. That place needs to get their stuff together.

Been to many sonic locations and this one is no different.
Food always tastes like it was sitting there for 30 minutes. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the patty had been sitting in the warmer so long it was shrunken and dry. . And adding to dry -the sauce was definitely lacking.
Also got mozzarella sticks and a coke, they were decent.

I just ordered from there not 10 minutes ago. Burger was mediocre at best and the fries tasted and felt like they were a week old, very stale and boarder line cold. I never really go to sonic for these reasons but I thought I would give them another try and they failed horribly. Not to mention that people pay good money to eat there. Y’all need to lower the prices or get the quality up. Just sad to be honest
