The quesadilla was not cut, employees were friendly, service was slow, but I fell victim to their drive thru trap. I specifically came here for the nacho fries, but they didn't have them. I was just frustrated because their drive thru is setup to where the menu is not visible until you are already stuck in the drive thru, so I could not check to see if they still had them. I will not make this mistake again. Next time I will choose one of the other food places in this crowded area.

Ordered through the app 4/30/2022 and 5/01/2022. The first day i order on app and pay. Then I walk inside to eat. they kept making excuses and apologizing it was taking so long. They then have me my order that was sitting made for 10 minutes. A chewy disgusting hard taco. You got to eat these hard tacos within 4 minutes or they get soggy. I then eat my soggy cold nacho fries that came with a ramekin filled 1/3 of the way up with cheese the burrito held up. It was solid. This is typically a solid location. So I go back in Sunday. Same experience. The location on 2nd St. In Edmond is worth the extra drive to not have your work lunch break ruined

They consistently shut off their fryers by 10:15 despite being open until 12. I have been told on multiple occasions “we are out of chicken, rice, cheese, vegetables, and anything fried.” What’s left to order at that point?

This Taco Bell is one of the worst in Edmond. I order 3 taco supremes and it’s usually around $11 at the Taco Bell on Covell, but this time it was $17 and my tacos came completely plain with NOTHING inside besides meat… not even cheese or lettuce. I’m so mad I paid $17 for this & they’ve officially lost my business for good. Taco Bueno it is!!!

Multiple visits because this location is close to home. Almost always missing one ingredient or product and unable to fulfill entire order. Almost always get home missing an item. Management obviously needs help ordering. Closes early often. This location needs help!

By far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The employees were yelling and cussing at one another while children were in the lobby. They also got my order wrong and refused to correct it. I will never be back at this Taco Bell.

We have been sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes. I know there few people who want to work. And the girl at the window is very pleasant. But come on management jump in and help out. If there are people who ask for special orders make them move up so the others don’t have to wait for 20 minutes. Figure out what to do to make your business run better.

Despite being short staffed, this location did an amazing job on accuracy, quality, and friendliness! They were working so hard and fast! Definitely under paid! I will return and recommend!
