Came here today, June 19th 2022, at around 2:20pm. We ordered one California melt with no tomato and one California club with no mayonnaise at the drive thru. We received 2 California melts and no club, so I called and asked if it could be remade before driving back to the location. Whoever I spoke to on the phone (didn’t give a name) told me I could get the sandwich I paid $12 for if I could get there “in time” as it as about 5 minutes before closing when I called. This alone irks me because as a restaurant, customer service should be one of your top priorities and telling a customer they need to rush to get their food that you messed up on is just wrong. Then, I get there to pick up the corrected order and there’s still an entire family eating in the restaurant but the “open” sign is turned off and a sign in front of the doors as if the staff just itching to close the restaurant. It was literally exactly 3 o’clock (their Sunday closing time), I watched the clock change from 2:59 to 3:00 as I pulled in. I certainly don’t expect you all to stay open well past closing, but again, it’s just not good customer service to discourage customers from coming in and to close with patrons still eating. To top it all off, I get home and my sandwich is lathered in mayonnaise even though I had told the person on the phone that mayonnaise is the only thing I want removed from the sandwich. That is what is pictured. All in all, a very disappointing experience in which I felt rushed and unappreciated.

This was my first visit to City Bites, then we went back 2 days later and got it go! We went for dinner on a Thursday night and it wasn't busy but it was on Saturday. I love that they have a drive thru and they have a reasonable / fair price point! We'll go back again!

One of our go-to spots for lunch when in Edmond. Raegan usually gets ham and cheese, and I usually get the Meateater, which I consider one of the best chain-made sandwiches. The staff is always friendly and the lunch gets made quickly, and to order.
I had a rare "perfect" lunch here a couple years back, it was a taco bowl with chicken tortilla soup, I wish they made it more often.
Great iced tea, and of course the cookies are really, really good as well.

I know many people come to City Bites for the sandwiches or even the cookies, but the often overlooked Stuffed Baked Potatoes are just incredible, and the generous portion lasts me two meals. My favorite is the Turkey variety, with grilled turkey breast, bacon, City Bites' house ranch dressing, shredded cheddar, and margarine. It's exceptionally satisfying and filling, especially on colder days when you really want a substantial hot meal.
