Xtreme Healthy Cafe

This is an excellent, clean gym. They have all the different machines you could want, a cafe with well priced nutritous food, various exercise programs, a dance studio for stretching or other exercise - martial arts - and then a huge area for "multi sport" training, like sprints or plyometrics. Very nice. I agree that a previous manager left a bit to be desired, she was a bit rude, stressed, but she's long gone now. As far as hidden membership fees some of teh reviewers refer to, which I do not agree with, its a gym! How hard is it to read the agreement the first time you sign up? I question the true intent of those reviewers. Also, I dont join gyms for locker rooms, but when its not clean you notice. Xtreme is like an exclusive hotel. Clean locker room, showers, very nice, very relaxing place to finish up and head out. I think it beats the other gyms in the area.

The only reason i joined this gym was the sauna, which is always broken. Front desk staff are pleasant. Half the people use the back entrance and bring their friends along for free. When you ask the staff about the sauna you get a standard answer " We have ordered the part".Half the workout machine on the floor are broken. Stay away, save your money and buy blowflex

Can you get any slower and disorganized?! The place is always packed around lunch, as it's located in the center of a business park. The food is decent, and I keep going back for the convenience of walking next door to grab lunch. But it never fails that your order is forgotten at least once, maybe twice if you're really unfortunate, or the computer is broken, or you called in your lunch so you wouldn't have to wait but what do you know, they lost the order...again. You'd think if it's so busy everyday they would work a system out by now. I wouldn't recommend eating here unless you also work in the business park.
