This is my favorites Manhattan Bagel to go to. I actually pass one to go here because I love the atmosphere here. The staff is always friendly, greets you with a smile, and the food is great. There's still a thing called great customer service that exists

Was in and out on an early Tuesday morning. Ordered a nova lox bagel and it was made quick, and tasted great. Lots of available parking which is always a plus.

We love their bagels. They're made fresh daily. Located in Tano Mall. The staff is friendly. 6 bagels for $5.99

Today was my first visit. The bacon jalapeño roll was delicious, however the service was quite surprising. I've read so many lovely reviews about the friendly service. The young lady taking my order seemed annoyed, the young lady ringing me up was very impatient. I did mistake the bacon jalapeño roll and called it a bagel so she charged me for a sandwich. No big deal, I just noticed I was overcharged and asked how much my food was. She then in a very condescending manner told be I ordered a roll. I admit I made the error, I did apologize, but saw no reason to act do exasperated. There was no line being help up. I did enjoy my food, but not worth going back for such service.

Place has gone downhill in an endless spiral the last few years. Every. Single. Time…it’s the same pathetic looking Pork Roll sandwich. They “toast” it but it’s still a chewy squishy mess of a bagel. The pork roll isn’t any better. Tough and chewy as well. What the hell happened? This place used to be a legitimate bagel shop and now it’s the most pathetic place I’ve been giving my business to. No more sadly. Avoid if you can not worth the time or money.

The place is clean. The staff is attentive. The bagels taste good too!!!. I ordered a bakers dozen and a steak, egg and cheese on a plain bagel. Very happy I stopped by and will be going back for more. I hope to be a regular.

I eat here regularly and the staff is a group of some of the most friendly people I've ever met. To couple that with how good the food is, I'll be visiting this location for years to come.
Other Manhattan bagel locations just don't exhibit the same quality of food and should follow this location's example.
I'd recommend trying the Avocado Egg White sandwich (the way it comes) and their Chicken Salad on a croissant.

Spanish girl that rings you up is very rude. She also tells you they dont have some things when they do. She told her co-worker she should have told me there was nomore smoothies. (In spanish not knowing im hispanic myself.)
