Edinburgh Diner

Came here for the tenderloin, and you should too! It's the perfect example of a uniquely Hoosier food. A pork tenderloin pounded out to an obscenely large diameter (it's bigger than the plate), breaded and fried, and then served on a bun, just to make it look even more ridiculous. What's not to love? The service here was friendly, and the tenderloin arrived surprisingly fast. Some places pound out their tenderloins till they're paper thin, and you end up with basically not much more than fried breading. But not here....this had probably a solid 3/8" thickness, maintained evenly throughout. It is, quite simply, the best tenderloin I've had. And considering that I will get probably 4 sandwiches out of it, you really can't beat it for $9.99! Well done, Edinburgh Diner!

The menu breakfast, lunch, dinner selections was impressive. We had lunch during our visit there senior menu considering few choices, overall great selections in all categories. The tenderloin sandwich was fabulous a must try for first visit. Easy parking area open Sunday until 2:00p.m the food was serve hot and waitress was exceptional.

After seeing a picture of their truly massive pork tenderloin sandwich I packed the family in the car and drove 90 miles to check it out. the service was very good with friendly servers and the food was great. I half expected the pork tenderloin to be hammered paper thin due to its size but that was not the case. The sandwich was huge, surprisingly thick and delicious. I don't know how they offer so much food at this price. I can't wait to get back.
