Fruit & Salad

The current salad they have is good, but the price is way too steep. I agree with the other review, for a place called Fruit & Salad they don't really have a wide selection of salads to choose from (probably below 3 types). If they had more salad and dressing choices (the only dressings they have are ranch and house special) and lowered their salad combo price ($9 for a salad and drink nothing else) to around $6.50 it would be great. As for the decor, it is really cramped and during the lunch hours it smells like stale bread (probably because it's located right next to a subway and the smell seeps over to this restaurant). But if you want a decent salad and have the money to spend this is the only place near the university that isn't a fast food joint I'd suggest going here until a better salad place opens up (La Hormiga de Reynosa is a great salad and fruit restaurant).
