Mega Chicken

You know those mom and pop places from the 80s and 90s that you wish still existed and had super good food? This is that place. Trust me. They sell burgers, burritos, fried chicken, and a bunch of other stuff like fries and other sides. Everything is good. But they only take cash. No debit or credit cards. I wish they were open Sundays

It was alright. The "cranky old man" mentioned in some of the other reviews actually wasn't that bad. Just be sure to have cash with you; they do not take cards. The equipment is very old-school, but I guess that's part of the charm. Plus, they actually spoke English. I am uploading a newer picture of their menu. The one on here from 2016 is outdated.

The food wasn't bad. The service was pretty meh today. I guess the owner/manager attending was really busy. I ordered the chicken burger with fries. The fries were lightly beer battered and the chicken burger was straight from the fryer. The chicken patty was fairly crispy and the chicken underneath was passable. I don't think it was rib meat, but it sure wasn't as soft and juicy as Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Church's, or KFC on the inside. I mostly like going here because the food is decent and the money stays local for the most part. I'll probably get the double meat burger with cheese next time.
