Buffalo Wild Wings

Order well Done wings extra crispy waited 20 minutes to get some wings that was not well done ake them to drop them longer and the manager told me no like I paid for my food I should be able to get my food how I want them for people that want crispy wing the skin should not fall off. I do not recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings they're lazy and just did not want to wait on them to cook longer 😒

Ordered some wings and fries today and asked for them well done repeatedly. Told them I had no worries with waiting longer. Over 20 minutes later, food came out and my wings were huge, squishy, and pale in color. It's known fact if the chicken is bigger, then cook it longer. Not the standard 20 minutes. Asked if the wings could be re-dropped and was denied because of 'cross contamination'. No on touched the wings but the chef. We opened the box, saw the wings, and asked for them to be cooked longer. I understand the cross contamination but manager offered no other options such as discount or remaking the order. Just said 'this is how we run out establishment' as he smiled. Only good thing was the nice man who took our order. Didn't get his name but tall African American man with a limp. Really awesome guy.

Stopped on in at 9:45, host said they were open for food until 11. Wasn't very busy, but said food was a 25 min wait at the bar and 45 min wait in a booth. Which was fine, we were open to takeout and a drink at an open table, but the host wasn't about it. I guess they don't like money, $30+ a head is welcome most places, just not here I suppose.

Service in this location has been on a steady decline for months now. Tonight I went in and there were only a few people at the bar. The bartender gave me a menu and then disappeared for a while, later she came back and took my drink order. She didn’t make it and when other people came in she started to take their orders. When I hit 15 minutes after entering and still not even getting a drink I just left. It was evident is she could not handle the crowd that was there initially she definitely would not have been able to handle the larger crowd. Definitely won’t be back. I can understand why the place has been pretty empty lately.

We walked in on a Tuesday around 8:30pm. Many tables open. They were on a wait so we went up to the bar. Sat down in a dirty spot because nothing was clean. Sat in our spot, figured the bartender was busy. Saw her for 4 minutes. She got the server drinks and then she left the bar. Saw her going to the front door. We waited 15 minutes for anything. A acknowledgment and we got nothing. Then saw the bartender run out the front door after another. We got up and left. She looked like she was yelling at another coworker. We are happy we left. Don’t think we would have gotten service in a while. This was not our first, second or third or more times we’ve been here and had terrible service or a bad experience. Finally we have had enough and are not returning. Thank you.

I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings. I live a block away and have tried this restaurant multiple times. Every time I come here the wings are cold when they are served and it doesn’t matter if it’s busy or it’s not busy. It’s bizarre. I’ve tried ordering pickup and it always takes over a half hour so you have to wait when you go to pick up and it’s for sure cold when u get home. The beer also tastes skunky every time I come here (summit beer). It is the closest bar to me it is truly awful. I love beer, wings, and sports more than most but this place serves cold food and skunk beer. Horrible!!!!
