Burger King

Even with a long drive-thru line, our visit was much quicker than I thought. We placed our order in advance on the mobile app. We ordered the special with two Whoppers. They were very courteous at the drive-thru window. Our order was spot on. We enjoyed our food. Stopped by again after placing a mobile order. Ordered a plain Whopper with cheese, ketchup, mustard and pickle. No ketchup. Olso ordered a side of mozzarella. I have had freezer burnt ice shavings...see pic.

They gave me cold food, we took a bite before I left the lot and I went and told the guy and he said that all the food is made fresh it's not possible. None of the food was even warm like it should be hot the cheese wasn't even near melted or anything i don't know how it could've been made fresh. The guy said all they would do is put it in the microwave, thats disgusting because we already put 2 of the sandwiches in our mouths and he said again that's all they would do about it. This restraunt is health concern. Makes me wonder what else they aren't doing safely EDIT: I contacted the company and was told the manager of this location would get back to me and they never did. I don't want my money back I just want to know they are reevaluating their food handling policies.

The order was wrong, the food was cold and disgusting , the attendants were extremely rude especially the woman she was very confrontational and the guy that took the order ( Ramiro) in Spanish turned around and told the woman to just give us $2.00 dollars back for the mistake. There are many people that speak Spanish and I'm one of them and I dont appreciate profanity spoken to a client that had a concern on the mistake they made ....they have no care to the product and most certainly to the revenue losses as they neglected to adjust the mistake accurately and not just offer $2.00 dollars back.. I'll never go to Burger King again .....the food temperature also is worrisome ! Look at the mushed tomatoes the disgusting lettuce and the dryness of the disgusting bread , the french fries were very cold and nasty dry ! Watch out for the bilingual staff very rude !
