Utterly horrific. The dirt-like opulent tones of the so called “chai latte” masked the truthfulnes of the earthy essence. I will not be attending this Starbucks ever again. My barista has a bachelor degree at terrible drinks. Amen!

I hear bad details of this place almost daily from Co workers, but I came in and am leaving with no complaint. Was greeted as I entered and another employee took my order with full friendliness. Place was clean and stocked, my order was made correctly and with all due speed.

I was having trouble getting the app to allow me to add a payment type and missed the cutoff for happy hour ordering. The barista I spoke to in regards to my predicament, Ellen, was extremely understanding and gave me a gift card to ease the loss of a great discount. The staff was polite, friendly and welcoming. The drinks we ordered were delish and refreshing. It was a very positive experience and we will definitely be visiting this location again. Thank you!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! They were super busy this morning and we had some problems with our drinks but they were very friendly and helped us get exactly what we wanted! Will be coming to this location from now on just for that!
