Smashburger

The crispy chicken was terrible. It was almost rock hard and had the texture of someone blasting in the microwave too long. The sweet potato fries were mushy and tasted like they weren't cooked fully. The service was quick but rude. Staff seemed like we were interrupting them on a slow Thursday afternoon. The majority of the tables had empty baskets on them from not being cleaned or they had been cleaned and still had remnants of sauce and food bits everywhere. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

Today my family visited this place and like many of the reviews on here we got horrible service- my chicken bacon avocado sandwich was literally smashed and the others were also thrown together. I asked them to remake and the two cooks cussed at me and the man working up front said that’s how they look. Also they were wearing masked but touching their faces and that’s so gross and coughing and not changing mask or gloves. The food looked like it had been put in a blender. He offered a refund once the lady cook cussed me out but I just didn’t want to wait in that environment, especially when everyone feels so entitled to be full of hate lately. So I decided to leave to not further escalate. We love Smashburger and have been to great ones in Arizona. This was sub-par- McDonald’s does better. And it was 67$ that I literally had to throw in trash. I know these reviews mean squat to staff and management but I would like my money back to enjoy at a more reputable smash burger and for other people to reconsider going to this place. Sad to see workers be so disrespectful and not care about the quality of their work or image.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I have ordered multiple times and consistently have issues. I ordered a gluten free bun ($2 extra charge) and received a regular bun which I cannot eat. The previous order I placed they charged me for the bun and just didn't give me anything. Last two orders I have ordered doubles and received a single.

Great food. All sorts of burgers with a bit of everything for your enjoyment. Good pricing. Freshly made right there. Not your typical fast food, but this is food that's made fast for a quick eat. Plus great fries and different sides that make your dining experience even better. Always great staff to take your order, and always great cooks working hard to make you an enjoyable meal. Come in and enjoy what you order. That's what it's all about.

Initially loved the food and the service when Smash Burger moved into the area. Service stayed top notch but food quality went down after the first two years. Bugers got greasier and began to look crushed onto the bun as if made in haste. Fries began to taste overly oiled and just added to the greasy sense to the meal. Had the sense the staff were under too much pressure as they worked hard but everything became humdrum routine in attitude.

Food was decent, service was okay but only 3 stars since the wait time was excessive. They weren't that busy and it took 20 minutes to get us 3 sandwiches. I might go back if I'm not in a hurry to eat and go. I got the Spicy Jalapeno Baja burger which was good but wasn't as juicy as their logo made it sound. It was good for $3 after coupon.
