Literally EVERY single time I have gone here in the past 3 years my order has been wrong. I get a regular iced coffee and a hot drip coffee and it’s literally never been right. Today, they used sugar free vanilla instead of regular and at the bottom of my hot coffee was like 2 solid tablespoons of grounds. Cool.

I mobile order and my drinks are always already ready for me by the time I get there. My drinks always taste the best here too. I order them with less syrup and when I get them here they always taste right. Thanks baristas!

I’ve been to this location a handful of times. There have been a couple of times where the employees were uninviting and somewhat rude. I won’t be going back there after today.

I ordered the drink I usually get and it looked nothing like it does. It also tasted completely different. I asked her to remake it and she wasn’t not happy about it I tasted it the second time and it still tasted nothing like it. I wish people could have better customer service.

I do the mobile/order ahead and often times arrive to find that a food item I ordered is actually out of stock. It is a bit frustrating to then have to wait in line for a refund for that item. It would be very helpful to keep inventory up to date when online ordering to prevent that. Thank you!

This Starbucks is like any Starbucks, but they are a little bit slower than usual when it comes to the food, the nice thing about this one is that it has a fire place that you can enjoy sitting next to mainly when its winter.

Made my drink wrong, no apology just seemed extremely bothered by fixing it. Last time I mobile ordered from here my drink wasn't there, someone else had probably taken it by mistake which I understand. The way it was handled was really bad though. Essentially they told me I didn't order from their store and they didn't have my order, until I proved it by showing them the order through the app. Won't go to this location again.
