Pizza Hut

I’m giving two stars because at least they didn’t screw up the cinnamon rolls. But i ordered two pizzas like the imagine shown and you can tell by the picture that the pizza is dry as all hell. Biting into it is direct contact with the pizza and the cheese. There is barely ANY tomatoe sauce. If i wanted bad pizza i would’ve ordered from seasons. I’m very disappointed Pizza Hut Edgewood yet somehow not surprised.

Had an entire pizza missing when it was delivered. Store had door dash deliver it even though we ordered on pizza hut website. Called the store and the call was dropped 2x by the system. We always have issues with this store....between pizza being folded over like a taco twice, the lid of box covered with the cheese, our order taking 3hrs to get delivered, etc. I never had a good experience with this store and now, missing pizza. I demand a refund.

We were in the area so we placed and ordered for our students. A coworker of mine works at this establishment In addition to her first job and it was at Angela’s invitation that we went I was greeted upon entry. The food was appealing to the eye and taste! Our orders were taken and we were given a time when they would be ready. It took longer than we expected but a manager named Tracy, was extremely apologetic. I wasn’t upset because EVERYONE in there was working hard! It did seem like they could use some more help. Angela and a younger guy (maybe Ky?) and Tracy were all I saw. It was all they could do to keep up with the phone, the people coming In and the DoorDash people (I think they were, they had DoorDash bags). They somehow managed to pull it off with a pleasant attitude and smile. All of these things mattered because I am very selective about where and how I spend my hard earned money. After seeing the staff pleasantly deal with customers who were frustrated because of the delay in receiving orders despite them doing all they could and move as fast as they could I could not let the opportunity pass without loudly singing their praises! I hope you all will get your staff some help in the store and hats off to the ones who with a smile served us the delicious stuffed crust pizzas we received in spite of it all!

I worked at this pizza hut. Trust me it's the worst. They leave meat out I overnight and still sell it to customers. They sell expired sodas so check what you buy from there. They use dirt dishes. They need general manager and manager don't have a clue what there doing. I have pictures of what goes on in that place that will make you never go back again trust me.

Created an online order at 5pm to be delivered at 7:30pm. Arrived at 8:05pm and was the WRONG order. This was a $70 pizza order, the employee had called letting us know we got the wrong order just as the door dasher pulled up. She asked if we wanted to keep that order, umm no for the amount of money I spent I want what I ordered. She said ok and hung up. Waited another 30 mins so I called back asking if my order was going to be delivered, she had me on hold for 5mins to get me an ETA. She could not give me an ETA so I just said I would pick it up myself. She did say they had to remake my order and it was done, so I opted to pick it up myself. She could of told me before she hung up that they had to remake my order I would of told her I would of just picked it up then instead of waiting another 30mins to find out they were still waiting on the door dasher to come get our food.

The food arrived 45 minutes later than originally expected, it was outsourced to DoorDash & was cold by the time it arrived. Also I ordered 16 boneless wings and got 8. The only reason I didn’t call to complain was I didn’t feel like driving to the store to pick it up because that was the only way I’d get a fresh pizza. I will never be using this location again. Very disappointed.
