Had a complicated order but the woman didn't make me feel uncomfortable about any of it which I greatly appreciated. I believe I'll be going to this location more just because of her and her staff. Great vibes. Energy, everything was great

Oy…I’m not sure if I’m going to get sick from this. Look, I’m all for a fast burger every now and then, but I happened to look at my burger on my last bite and was surprised to see all this pink🤦🏼♀️ I have gotten food poisoning from a chicken sandwich from McDonald’s before…maybe this is my sign to stop eating there. Also, as soon as I got out of the parking lot, I tried a few fries and they were just warm. Definitely old.

Manager was incredibly rude. They never get the order right in the drive through and so they ring you up for the wrong price then have a fit about when you go to get your food. You need your employees to pay better attention.

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews because I'm understanding of shortstaffing and working conditions, but tonight was absolute nonsense! Me and my fiancé usually don't have any problems with this one, but the guy handled us our food,a carmal frappe, but not our other drinks. We sat there for probably five to ten minutes before the guy opened the window again. The manager (I'm assuming) should not be the manager we had to tell him multiple times we were missing our drinks. It seems like he thought we were lying or something, even asked for a receipt when I was literally holding our food. The receipt was in the very bottom of the bag was I really supposed to dig through our food for it?

Check your order before you leave. Also if you order by meal number they will ring it in as just the burgers and drink then tell you that it doesnt come with fries and then argue about what you ordered. It's just fries no need for the girl working the window to be so upset with me and her coworkers for a simple mistake. No one likes to fight for their food.

They had a huge line when we came through the drive thru but they got to us relatively quickly. They made a mistake on our order and quickly corrected it for us. Was really happy with our visit here.

I watch the employees of this McDonald’s discriminate against someone because he looked less fortunate and it was extremely sad and honestly heart wrenching to watch this man who obviously really had to use the restroom get told they are “out of order” and less than a minute later clean cut man wearing slacks and a button down asked to use the restroom and they unlocked it straight away. The first man once again went to the counter and asked to use the restroom because it obviously wasn’t out of order because they had JUST unlocked it and let someone else in and the woman behind the counter (she was a manager) looked him straight in the face and again she said “sir the restrooms are out of order” and when he asked why they had let someone else go in there If they were out of order she literally just turned her whole body away from him and proceeded to ignore his entire existence and refused to not only answer but even acknowledge his question. It was disturbing and honestly disgusting to see the level of disrespect shown to a fellow human being all because he looked homeless. I forgot to mention this was an elderly man. McDonald’s, you should be ashamed of yourself for having this caliber of human in management at your store.

I’ve literally never had a worse experience at a McDonald’s. I ordered thru the app, was given a code, was told by the person at the speaker I was good to pickup my order at the 2nd window. Got to the window and some chubby old dude with glasses who couldn’t speak a lick of English proceeded to tell me that I had no money, so my order didn’t go thru, so there’s nothing he could do. “I say give me 1000 dollars. You no give me 1000 dollars no? I no give you food. Your card has no money, so I no give you food.” He then lied saying he was the manager, and he couldn’t give me my food cause i think he said the app didn’t post my order. Then, the kid who was the manager came up and continued to tell me how his screen doesn’t show my order, so he won’t give me any food. He said I needed to pay with a card with money on it.. I had money in my account. 10 minutes later, dude says “how about I void the fries and you give me money now?”
I have never been so insulted as I was by a full grown adult who can’t speak English and his 19 year old boss telling me I have no money without even attempting to charge me.
Worst McDonald’s I’ve literally ever gone to.
