Chick-fil-a

I love Chick-fil-A. Even though the line is always pretty long, they also move pretty quickly. The employees are always super nice. The one mildly bad thing I would have to say is that I don't think this is the best location for this fast food - the line sometimes extends onto the road, blocking cars from safely driving around it.

Placed my order at the front counter at 9:05, was asked and specified "for here." As I was about to leave the counter I asked "do I need a table marker?" Cashier answered "no we'll bring it out to you." I go and sit down to wait, about 15 minutes go by and I go back up to the counter to ask what was going on. I see someone had placed my order in the carry out section. By this time my chicken is lukewarm at best. Whoever bagged my order also forgot to include napkins and a fork. (Which aren't readily available in the restaurant) Wasn't "my pleasure" to visit tonight.

Place is always busy and they do their best to get customers through efficiently, however some of the waits are truely too long (20 minutes). I have been here about 20 times in the past year and the only disappointing parts were a sinular poorly made grilled chicken sandwich and the amount of small fries that get included in servings. Sometimes there are only "1-2 full waffles fries" and then the remainder is partials or tiny pieces.

As a former CFA employee, this location is probably the most frustrating Chick-fil-A I have been to. I never feel welcome, definitely don’t feel like a guest, no one ever smiles. I’d say the customer service is a 1 star but the food is usually decent so it gets a 2 star. I would go to a different one but this is in walking distance to home. Today I had a reward for an item I never purchase and asked if I could trade it in for something cheaper and the girl who took my order confused me and also didn’t even try to help me in any way, which I feel like is not the type of experience Chick-fil-A wants for their guests. I don’t know. Not my favorite location.
