Dunkin' Donuts

My experience was so-so, I had used the mobile app to order a couple food items and a couple coffees. Everyone in the kitchen was running around aimlessly and looked miserable as the manager was shouting at Everyone. The drive thru was not even full and there were only four people inside. My food was ready in the pickup station but my coffees weren't and they weren't even what I ordered when I got them, I understand there are staffing issues but I really expected more out of this location. I will most likely never visit this dunkin again.

One dozen doughnuts, 3 different kinds. Boston cream had maybe a teaspoon of chocolate smeared on top and a very small amount of filling. Powdered vanilla filled had NO filling at all, just a tiny hole in center where they pushed air into it. Chocolate iced with sprinkles also had possibly a teaspoon of icing smeared on the top. I know times are tough, but come on! Standards are definitely not where they used to be!

1.) The guy taking my order sounded miserable.. 2.) The girl making my coffee was nasty to thr guy who took my order and to me... Handed me a cup full of creamer. 3.) When I asked to have it remade I got attitude from the entire staff and was given my refund that didn't even total to the 7 that was spent.... Avoid this place today was the last straw for me.... the staff is going through it hard apparently

Said I was hired and would email me the paper work I need to file out I gave them a my drive license and ss card they copied it . I Never got the the email of paper work they said they were sending that I needed to fill out so I called and she said I will let her know and if she didn't send it already she will send it well I never got the email of paper work I need to fill out to start working . I called and called again and again and no paper work .thank for playing games I called them a bunch of times about not receiving the email of paper work I need to file to start and how they never sent it even after all the times I called them thanks alot I'm a single mom. And I really need the job to take care of me and my disabled son

Ordered on the app for the first time ever today and it will be the last time , When my girlfriend gets there shes told they dont have 5 of the dohnuts in the dozen. No big deal she says she will wait while they make them fresh and they respond they wont , so she then responds ok no big deal again just refund me for half the dozen and ill take the rest, they refuse a refund because the order was on the app, tells her sorry theres nothing they can do. She leaves realizes they didnt give her our munchkins they didnt give use another item ,she returns to get the missing items she leaves gets home only to realize yet again they gave us the wrong item honestly back to back mistakes and excuses. First and last trip. Wast of 30$ ill be disputing the charge. Just wanted some dohnuts man lol what a joke

Whoever is the manager is at this dunkin needs to get some of there workers in check. The past couple of days they have been hostil to me and the customers. Everyday is a different mood when I come in for breakfast. Honestly if you don't change your attitude just quit because your not helping anyone. Definitely not coming back to this place until they fix the problems.
