I HATE MICEY DEES. I CHOCKED ON THER BURGER AND HIT MY HEAD ON THE FLOOR BRAKING MY TOE. their food is EXTREAMILY EXPENSIVE and not exquiset. i am still recoverining from the chocking and their food is awful. their bathrooms are disgusting. their staff is awful and i never want to meet their staff anywhere. I HATE THIS PLACE DON'T GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is HORRIBLE. No matter if the line is long or short, whether u order on the app or in store, the food is ALWAYS wrong or ALWAYS MISSING SOMETHING. I order oatmeal, where are the apples??? where are the raisins??? like its very simple and but slightly annoying.. The older lady that sits at the 1st window always seems to be in a nasty mood. As if im bothering her to do her job.. Need new management and new workers ASAP

If you ever want to experience the worst customer service and lack of brain cells, this is the place for you!! I placed a mobile order and paid on the app, came up to the window to a rude older woman who didn’t say a word. I explained I was there for a mobile order and she went on to say I needed to pay, only issue was I HAD ALREADY PAID, I explained it at least 5 times and she still insisted I did not pay, after going back and fourth and showing her the literal bank statement, I gave her my card, she then handed me back a receipt, I issue… I PAID FOR THE PEOPLE BEHIND ME !!! I told her this is not what I ordered and that she charged me for the wrong order (about $15 more expensive) and she told me I would have to call the customer support line because she’s not authorized to do refunds and supposedly there was no manager… so! If being talked to like you’re the dirt on the bottom of someone’s shoe and being overcharged is your thing, then this is the place for you. And to the lady who worked the first window on June 16th around 8am and caused this whole catastrophe, I hope you learn a better way to speak to people, and get some help for your bitter attitude.

This is a great place to go for a quick bite. The menu has many healthy as well as unhealthy options for whatever your needs are at the time. The variety of choices and prices are great for any budget. The drive-thru is always quick and the staff are always courteous and willing to please. I love coming here it feels like family here. The staff always go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need and to make sure that your visit is the best it can be. There is wheelchair parking as well as handicap accessible ramps and there are bathrooms here that are nice and clean all the time.
