Ordered door dash. Waited the full hour estimated time, dasher sitting out front of the store. They cancel the order. I call and a woman answers and when i ask why it was canceled “no one called no order sorry” door dash is electronic no one calls you make the order mark it compete dasher gets the order and brings it to me. She was rude to me and the door dash customer support woman whom tried to put the order in manually for me to still receive my delivery. If this is the customer service they offer we will go back to customer other restaurants. I do not recommend dealing with this establishment at all due to poor customer service.

Tried to order with Uber eat. Placed order, got estimated delivery time and card was charged. Called after it we waited for 45 min instead of the 25 min they said. They just said we don’t do Uber eats and they hung up. They refused to help us in any way.

Food is good but customer services is the worse.
This lady who is always taking orders is the worse she has respect for nobody, she should go and look for another job where is not need for courtesy.
There is a old customer who came in to order food, poor old lady was unable to read the menu very well, and this cashier started to yell her in front of all of us waiting for food.
she needs to be professional and remain herself she eats from us because we consume their food..

I ordered from this place thinking the foods would be good cause the name had Hong Kong in it. Well I was wrong I ordered beef with garlic sauce and shrimp with mix vegetables and they taste nothing like Chinese food. In fact, I don’t know what I’m eating. It tasted like bunch soy sauce and sugar. I would not be ordering from there again. Oh by the way, the service wasn’t that pleasant either. Two stars cause I like the hot and sour soup. Though, it was a little thick in corn starch.
