One person working behind the counter had a long wait to get one doughnut

We are local and always order
The last past 3 month 4times we got absolutely wrong order.
We will never order here again

I go here cos it's close but you should check they made your drink right before you leave. I got a hot chocolate today instead of my mocha with oat milk!!! And recently they gave me a regular coffee with mocha syrup instead of a mocha. So annoying.

This dunkin has great customer service and the donuts usually taste nice and fresh. Except Sunday… the lady that works there on Sunday is very rude, slow, and talks too much. I waited 30 min in a line of 3 people to get my donut and iced coffee, coffee tasted really bad too.

A small Dunkin’ that’s located inside a gas station mart. It’s really small but they have mostly everything that a regular Dunkin offers minus and seating. The older lady that works there is the best! She really friendly and cares about her customers! Always try her best to ring everyone up and make all the orders herself. I enjoy stopping by this location to get a coffee when I am in need of one over the newer Dunkin’ locations in Edgewater because the staff are so much more pleasant!

Don't know why but anytime I get donuts from them they always seem to be stale. Granted I do get them in afternoon, but I do the same with other DD and this does not occur seem much fresher

Nice and simple. Order ahead, pick up before the ferry, eat a wrap and drink coffee while waiting for the ferry to arrive... rinse, repeat again the next day.
By the way, the lady working the on-the-go orders in the am is amazing! Really good people!
