Serious lack of adult supervision and basic hygiene protocols. PLease hire a full time on-site ADULT Manager ! I have no issue with teenagers having jobs, by all means, let's continue to hire young people who need the work and are eager to learn basic customer service skills. But, these young employees need adult supervision. Why are they always alone and clueless? We are still fighting a Pandemic and yet these employees never wash their hands nor wear gloves before starting to prepared a new order or while making one. It is disgusting. I constantly have to ask them to put on gloves before preparing my order. They seem shocked and confused. I have never witnessed any hand washing . Please, improve your hygiene habits at this location.

Visited the Edgewater , NJ location. Coming into the store the tables and floor were dirty, we had to ask someone to clean a table . The ice cream dispenser trays were also dirty with ice cream spill. After getting my ice cream I went to the toppings bar and noticed a long hair in the strawberry tray which I brought to their attention. There were 3 people behind the counter just chatting. Bad experience, will not be coming back.

I'm coming to this place since they opened and today I have the worst experience. I always come with my dogs (they are service dogs), and they never say a word about that. A customer say disgusting to my dogs because she was allergic and an employee a blonde girl, started to yelling at me and she open the door and told me that I have to leave because of the dogs. I'm not coming back NEVER AGAIN!
