Starbucks

Met up with my boss for a quick meeting. When we arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot. We walked in and was served by a nice barista. I ordered the caramel macchiato venti with a extra splash of vanilla. It was tasty with the extra splash. We sat outside with plenty of outdoor seating. We had a good experience.

Don't ever come to this place. The manager shouted at us and drove us away from the store! My friend and I are both diplomats here in the US but the manager treated us like animals. We were peacefully and quietly talking to a barista to order our coffee, and just because we were having difficulty understanding what the barista was saying, she intervened with a very angry tone which was unnecessary. We tried to ignore her and just continue talking to the barista. But she won't stop intervening in an angry tone. We asked her why is her voice so loud and angry? And she just said "that's it, get out, get out of the store" and she prevented the barista from attending to us. We found out that she is the manager. As a manager, she should be resolving issues and not creating or aggravating them. I complained about her and the District Manager for NY called me. I said I would like an apology because this woman took our dignity when she drove us out of the coffee shop while others are looking. It has been months and we still have no resolution. I also wrote their CEO about this, and still nothing from their end. I thought Starbucks had concerns for its customers. It turned out, they don't.

My first time trying out this Starbucks and I was a bit excited because it was clean with a nice environment. However, I waited for 15 mins and I didn't get my Frap at all. I asked them and they said probably somebody took it. They didn't even say any apology at all. The drink made was also borderline acceptable.

The store is very well managed. The staff are very responsible, always show up to work on time and very respectful to their customers at all times. My pre-orders are always ready in timely manner. The place is very clean and pleasant spot to sit and have a friendly chat with your friend(s). Thank you and keep up the good work 😍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Attitude rude service on 02/11/ 2022 5:50am I asked venti latte, the old lady gave me half foamy , taste is just milk .there is no espresso taste at all. When I asked her “ please fill the cup , I ordered venti”she start the teach me how to make latte!! I think, she has attitude problem , should stop to deal with people.
