Mcdonald's

I order an icecream cone. The person taking my order was very pleasant. The price however keeps going higher.. and when the little boy gave me my icecream cone, I was shocked how puny it was. When I mentioned it to the boy he just smiled shook his head yes, and closed the window.... so literally the price of the cone has gone up almost half the price and they give you half the icecream.... seriously!!!!

I dont like knocking my local restaurants but this chain clearly needs some reinforcements starting with improvement in MANAGEMENT. A few recommendations: 1) the self check out needs to operate and function, especially during these times it will definately come in handy. (this place was just upgraded and it doesnt even work?) 2) an additional 2nd drive thru will definately work for a busy chain like this one, only if staffing permits of course. Clearly this place is understaffed and overworked, bc during peak hours orders for the drive thru get messed up and food presentation isn't the best. In closing, I see that they are doing their best there and no complaints about customer service. This chain just needs someone to take charge and make it run a whole lot smoother.
