Mad Moose Cafe

If you are a coffee connoisseur this is a must visit location. Mad Moose specializes in a dark roast that is truly unique in flavor. If you are not a coffee drinker and are more of a foodie? Also a must visit location. Their food is made from local produce and is knock your socks off good. Can't beat the food, coffee or the location. If you are lucky, you may get to see the masters at their craft roast the coffee in front of you! Go check it out.

Had lunch today. Ordered 1 burger, 2 specials burger and 1 turkey avo panini. 3 of which with sides of onion rings which looked very brown, tasted burnt and bitter which is inedible. Leaves a bitter aftertaste long after the meal. You can at least offer to replace the onion rings. My son ordered strawberry banana milkshake but on weekends and lunch time they said they ran out strawberries! They highly suggest peach banana but my son said it tasted awful! Service was terribly slow even though there’s few tables who already have their food served, my panini was cold and bland. The bacon burger and speciality burgers are good but where’s the cheese! Nice seating outside. 2 stars for a restaurant who claimed to offer quality food but does not live up to its quality control

Service was fantastic. Food took 20min or so to be served. Was able to fit a party of 10, but just barely 😉. Certain worth the visit, and we will return again. Prices - Moderate, averaging around $12/meal; kids about half that. Make it special - They serve ice cream standard with the kids meal and cookies for the adult meals.

Food is great. About two years ago, though, their fries went from having the most incredible salting and seasoning ever to just being plain potato. I don't know what happened or if it's because of the pandemic, but we used to go out of my way to get those fries and now we only go a couple times a year. Have to stick to 4 stars just because I know those fries alone were worth a whole 5 stars.
