The only guy who was working did a terrible job. He made me wait for 10 minutes while he did who-knows-what in the back, then when he finally came back up, he talked so quietly that I could barely understand him. After I had paid for the sandwich, he put it in a bag and went to help another customer, and I was forced to stand there and wait for him to finish while my sandwich sat on the other side of the plastic screen in front of the register. That sandwich was not worth the 30 minutes I had to wait for it.

Was disappointed with the whole meal. This just completed a bad experience. Both cookies cost the same $.

Theres some young teenage kid who works here that really ruined my experience. He was wearing a red hoodie with the hood up, no uniform, no name tag, and NO MASK. He did a terrible job making my sandwich and had less than no customer service skills. Wont be coming back here

The last two times I have stopped here the door was locked during business hours. It looks like they are open, and there is food out inside. There's a doorbell, but nobody comes if you ring it

Don’t plan on eating here again. 2/3 of our sandwiches were made incorrectly and very, very slowly. They were out of multiple items. Each of our orders was rung up incorrectly. My wife and daughter were actually locked in the restroom because there is 2 doors to get into the women’s room, the first being a closet door an employee locked without checking to see if there was anyone in there first. Both the men and women’s restrooms were disgusting. They were cleaning to lock up 3 hours before close. Not impressed.

the girl w the dark red hair was sitting in the back of the eating area messing w her friends while her coworker who it was her first day was making 5+ sandwiches. people were walking in and then walking out because of how obnoxious they were.
